Therapy for navigating life transitions, self-improvement, and long-lasting changes you want to see.

I’m Holly Pittaway, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and I specialize in trauma-informed therapy. I help my clients find safety in the therapy process and in life, all while grounding themselves to navigate the present moment.

Let’s start working together
working with me
Relational
I make it my goal to cultivate a therapy experience that feels completely safe, and free of judgement, so that you're free to be your authentic self.
Flexibility
I offer in-person therapy as well as online sessions for clients who prefer to receive care in the comfort and security of their home or workplace.
Client Focused
I focus on the unique needs and goals of each client, using psychodynamic therapeutic approaches to help my clients achieve their goals.
My Approach

I offer a range of therapy approaches tailored to helping men and women struggling to overcome abusive childhood experiences.

Together, we can work towards your well-being, producing lasting positive effects on your mind.

EMDR

An evidence-based way to process trauma: traumatic memories, experiences, and overcome feelings of being ‘stuck’.
Emdria – EMDR Certified Therapist

Polyvagal

Processing a client in survival mode. Someone experiencing fight, flight, fawn or freeze responses to their environments, so they may have feelings of comfort and safety in their own bodies.

Psychodynamic

A relational approach exploring a client’s early life experiences and their potentially negative thinking, to help break free from unhealthy cycles.

Deep Brain Reorienting

Deep Brain Reorienting helps you process the shock your body holds onto from past experiences. The result is feeling more grounded and emotionally regulated.

Holly Pittaway, LMFT

I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and registered associate Professional Clinical Counselor, as well as a college professor of anthropology.

While not all client’s come to therapy with deep/heavy trauma experiences (big ‘T’ trauma), many come with complex trauma (little ‘t‘ trauma) such as experiencing unsafe dynamics, emotional hardships, neglect, repeatedly throughout your life, which has similar effects on the mind and body as big T trauma. It’s my goal, as a trauma informed therapist, to help clients process big ‘T’ and little ‘t’ traumas.
Licensed and serving clients in California and Oregon.
