My Approach

A little blurb (as seen on my psych today page): Whether you’re going through life transitions; or just feeling stuck and not sure why, I enjoy sitting with and listening to the inner workings of your thoughts while trying to understand what is either holding you back or keeping you from moving forward and healing. I get to sit alongside clients who are navigating life concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, relational and identity concerns and more.

Oftentimes narratives from earlier experiences are keeping clients stuck in similar roles. This is where inner child/parts work can be useful. My specialties include EMDR, working with trauma/PTSD, inner-child & parts work, those who feel stuck, women's and men's issues respectively, as well as working with couples.

I believe clients do best in a therapeutic setting where they feel they can be open, honest, vulnerable, and their truest self with their therapist, feeling completely unjudged and free to speak from their core. I am looking forward to learning more about you and providing you support.
